With an eye on the approaching Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections 2022, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra tomorrow called on the Marathi Manoos trope. “The Marathi Manoos has always fought at times of injustice they were like this yesterday and will always be like that in future,” Stated Uddhav Thackeray. Celebrating the 61st anniversary of Marmik a weekly magazine, the Chief Minister addressed the members of the Shiv Sena virtually. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections are also called Mini Assembly Elections which are going to be held in the approaching year 2022. Shiv Sena is the party that has been controlling the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will be pitted against Opposition BJP. Mentioning himself in the third person, the Chief Minister stated that “Thackeray was never afraid of taking responsibility or tackling crisis”.

“I never run from taking the responsibility. The same teaching given to Marathi Manoos by Bala Saheb Thackeray was given to me. Attacking people who are not brave enough should not be considered a won but bravery is in showing courage to strong people,” he further stated.
