Shiv Sena MLA files Rs 100 crore defamation suit against BJP Minister

In a recent rift, Shiv Sena Minister has registered a defamation notice against its opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kirit Somaiya for his alleged statements made against the minister. The notice which has been issued by the Shiv Sena Minister also states that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader should also send a written apology and delete all the tweets that have been made by him against the minister and take a step back in further allegations against him. 
 
And in case if the BJP minister fails to do so, the Shiv Sena Minister will file a defamation suit of Rs 100 crore against him, stated the notice. Recently this same defamation case was levelled against the Rural development Minister Hasan Mushrif by Bharatiya Janata Party leader Kirit Somaiya, and he stated this too that he would file an Rs.100 crore defamation suit against the BJP leader. Allegations by Somaiya were being made against Parab for building illegal resorts in Dapoli at Ratnagiri and an unauthorised office on Mhada land in Bandra. 
 
The notice issued by Parab’s lawyer, states that the actions taken by the BJP minister are due to political rivalry, envy and grudge, he alleged that the minister has stated defamatory, malicious and mala fide. He further stated that Somaiya was involved in making false and reckless allegations since May. Despite repeated attempts made to reach Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader was not reachable for any comments or response.
