Shiv Sena leader Anant Geete: Sharad Pawar a Backstabber, can never be our Guru
The Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), a coalition of Shiv Sena, Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) despite being in an alliance, have their difference of opinions noticed now and then. In a recent uproar between the Shiv Sena and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) where the Shiv Sena leader and Former Union Minister Anant Geete, who was defeated by the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Nominee Sunil Tatkare in Lok Sabha elections that were held in 2019 for the Raigad- Ratnagiri seat, has invited a fresh series of controversy stating “The Congress Party has been backstabbed by Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Chief Sharad Pawar and can never be a guru for the Shivsainiks.”

Responding to this Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Anant Geete, Tatkare stated that this statement from the leader has come out of anger “The statement given by Anant Geete will not have any impact on the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Chief Sharad Pawar, with being a national leader. He is also the architect of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA).”

“I don’t know if Geete was in exile for two years, but when Shiv Sena the then President Uddhav Thackeray came up as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, the former came to the hotel and took Pawar’s blessings,” stated Tatkare. While addressing a party rally in Raigad District he stated, “Just like the Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) can never be one, similarly, the Shiv Sena can also never toe the policy of Congress Party entirely.”

With this, Shiv Sena MP and Rajya Sabha Member stated that Sharad Pawar is the leader of the country. And further stated that the coalition of three parties in this Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) which is Shiv Sena, Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will continue for five years, haven’t heard what Geete said. Be it Sharad Pawar, Uddhav Thackeray, the Congress everyone has formed the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government and it accepted by entire Maharashtra.”
