Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut slammed rebel MLAs who joined hands with the
BJP to form a government on Thursday. Raut stated that these MLAs should convene and determine the reason for the revolt. Initially, they cited Hindutva as a reason, according to Raut. They later stated that NCP was not providing funds. Following that, they began making allegations against people associated with Uddhav Thackeray. Raut urged rebels not to become confused and to avoid confusing others. "You should sit down and decide together," he added.
On Thursday, Raut responded to a journalist's question about rebel MLAs claiming they revolted because of Sanjay Raut, saying, "Initially, they cited Hindutva as a reason. Following that, they claimed that the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) was not providing them with funds. Later, they claimed that members of the party interfered with their department. They are now blaming me. As a result, they should first sit down and discuss the reason."
"If you left the party because of Hindutva, then in 2014, we were elected based on Hindutva and without allying with the BJP," Raut stated. "Because the BJP broke its promise in 2019, we formed the MVA government. Where was your Hindutwa at the time? "Raut stated. He went on to say, "I never interfere with government business. I am involved in Party work and express the views of the parties. I'm pleading with my old colleagues not to become confused. I can understand your mental state, "Raut stated.
Furthermore, Raut claimed that when the MVA government was formed, MLA Sandipan Bhumre bowed down in front of him at the Saamana Newspaper office and said, "Because of you, we were able to form a government and become ministers in 2019. CCTV footage is available. MLA Sanjay Rathod was with me until the very end, and he knew how Uddhav Thackeray saheb always stood by him when he was in trouble." Sandipan Bhumre refuted Raut's claim, claiming that he only went there to greet him. He did not submit to Raut.
