Ahead of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections 2022 a recent attack has ignited after the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Shashikant Shinde lost the Satara District Central Cooperative Bank election by one vote and alleged that it was because of some strong opposition from a few Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) insiders and the second reason being the conspiracy led out by the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator Shivendra Raje Bhosale.

Further, he stated that despite this happening he would continue to serve as the leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and will stay loyal to the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo Sharad Pawar and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. “It could be seen clearly that people who had led out the conspiracy were celebrating my defeat, I would hold Shivendra Raje responsible for my defeat, due to his conspiracy this happened,” stated Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Shashikant Shinde.

Soon after the results were declared Shine had a meeting with the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo Sharad Pawar.
Nationalist Congress Party’s (NCP) Shinde further added that the whole elections were planned out after high thinking but he stated that was not able to understand why people who supported the party’s decision later on, changed their minds, if I would have been told earlier to not contest the elections, I would have not.

“Contesting with me was a well-planned movement as they believed that I am a challenge for them,” stated Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Shashikant Shinde. In the past, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief and supremo Sharad Pawar had also stated on his losing the elections that it was all because of the overconfidence and lack of adequate efforts that something like this has happened.
