Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Raut taking a dig at BJP ahead of BMC elections 2022: MVA Government to stay for more than 25 years, let the opposition speak
As the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 approach, parties tend to take a dig at the opposition. In a recent attack, the Shiv Sena spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party for giving a new deadline for the end of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government in the state of Maharashtra. 
 
This attack came soon after the Shiv Sena Spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut had a meeting with the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo Sharad Pawar on Tuesday. The Shiv Sena Spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party stating that the citizens of the state were tired of listening to the same announcements. 
 
Known for his indirect attacks, the Shiv Sena spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut, without naming any party or leader, slammed the estranged ally for vitiating the political atmosphere in the state of Maharashtra. The Shiv Sena spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut, but were referring to the chaos which took place in Amravati after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) called bandh with also its involvement in the MSRTC strike. 
 
The attack from the Shiv Sena’s Raut came soon after Chandrakant Patil, Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Chief released a statement which said that the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government consisting of the Shiv Sena, Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will fall till the coming year. To which the Shiv Sena spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut stated, 
 
“Such predictions have been made by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Chandrakant Patil for more than 28 times now, but against his predictions, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government is still strong and stable. Patil needs to make such statements as he is the Bharatiya Janata Party’s state president. Everyone is aware that this government will not fail but will on the other hand last for another 25 years.”
