Former Shiv Sena MP Khaire urges for major participation in Maharashtra Bandh: Lakhimpur Kheri Violence
Ahead of the Statewide Bandh in the state of Maharashtra, the former Shiv Sena MP Chandrakant Khaire on Sunday urged the Ruling government in the state, Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition to make the Bandh a great success. “The protest that the Maharashtra Government is going to do is against the government in Uttar Pradesh which is in touch with the police administration and not let the farmers speak for their right,” stated Former Shiv Sena MP Chandrakant Khaire.

Further, he alleged that the Son of Union Home Minister has mowed the farmers who were protesting against their rights under wheels in Lakhimpur Kheri. Further citing this example as the reason for the Chief Minister’s decision to call this protest. He added that this decision was from the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government consisting of Shiv Sena, Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).

He stated that it is a request to the people of Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) that everyone should join hands now and participate in this protest, after which tributes will be paid to the nine farmers, who lost their lives in the incident. He also stated that all these protests should be done not forgetting the protocols made because of the prevailing situation of Covid 19 in the state, like maintain social distancing, wearing masks at all places, proper use of sanitizers to avoid causing the infection.
