Denying rift in MVA, Sanjay Raut stated: Uddhav Thackeray and Sonia Gandhi have direct communication
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut stated that there is a direct line of communication between Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray and Congress president Sonia Gandhi and with this, the two parties have no differences that are partners in the state’s Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government.
 
Raut further added that the speculations that are being made of the rift in the two allies with that the MVA government — led by a tripartite coalition also comprising the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) will complete its full term. “The time Uddhav Ji became the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, he met Priyanka Ji and Sonia Ji. Whenever there is a need for communication, the Chief Minister communicates directly to Sonia Ji. I would like to state once again that they can communicate with each other directly and they don’t need any mediators,” stated Sanjay Raut. 
 
Sanjay Raut 59-year-old Rajya Sabha member who has turned up as the most important voice of his party on the national stage is in Delhi as the monsoon session takes place which ends Friday. In Delhi, he has been involved in opposition huddles over putting up a joint front against the BJP, which rival parties have alleged of suppressing their voice on the Pegasus row in Parliament. The other issue where the opposition has pledged to construct unity is the farmer's bill. Sanjay Raut with Rahul Gandhi last week joined a protest against the farm laws at Jantar Mantar.
