Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Raut takes a jibe at Kangana Ranaut and Vikram Gokhale, stating Maharashtra got “independence” from BJP 2 years ago
Taking a jibe at the film stars Kangana Ranaut and Vikram Gokhale, Shiv Sena spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut stated that the state of Maharashtra got freedom two years ago. “A correct move was made by us. The state of Maharashtra got independence two years ago, we would have fluttered the saffron flag in front of the Mantralaya,” stated Shiv Sena spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut without directly naming its exact opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The statement referred to the formation of Shiv Sena-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) after the party parted way with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as there was a lack of agreement over equal sharing of the post of the Chief Minister of the state. This statement of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, came soon after the actors Kangana Ranaut and Vikram Gokhale stated that our country India got freedom after the Narendra Modi led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) came into power in the central.

The Actors statement resulted in huge chaos and controversies around the country with some supporting the statement while most of them alleging the actress of various claims. Shiv Sena MP and Rajya Sabha, MP referring to the Quit India movement stated that in the same manner how British rule came to an end in 1947 after the Quit India Movement, in the same manner, farmers agitation has resulted in revoking the three farm laws.

“Just like the quit India Movement led against the Britishers and made them leave our country, in the same manner, farmers were angry and they didn’t bother to notice if who was there, whether they be prime minister or home minister, resulting to revoking three farm laws,” stated Shiv Sena Spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut.

This is a very significant issue that has ignited in the past few days among the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government in the State of Maharashtra, as the most crucial elections that is Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 are around the corner, with this the leaders will have to keep every step with due care, to back the position in the country’s richest civic corporation.
