In a letter to BMC commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal, BJP MLA Nitesh Rane implores him to take action against dishonest personnel. The legislator demanded government vengeance against these workers, pointing out that merely switching officials wouldn't accomplish the goal.

Rane requested Chahal to look into a partial occupational certificate (OC) issued to a structure in the Kirol village of Ghatkopar right away. He also brought up in the letter the recent Bombay High Court hearing, in which the court harshly criticised the BMC for giving a building partial OC.

"Despite lacking a water line, a renovated building in Kirol village in Ghatkopar west was accorded partial OC. The HC has fined the BMC for its unethical behaviour. You must act since you are the head of the civic organisation. Your work extends beyond transfers to include taking action against dishonest officials, he said.

Nitesh made fun of Shiv Sena leader and former minister Aditya Thackeray by asserting that "Aaditya Sena" is to blame for the BMC's constant targeting for corruption. "Instead of acting quickly to address undesirable situations that have already occurred, BMC authorities always take their time. It's preferable if you act quickly to punish the dishonest officials, Rane said.
