With the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections around the corner, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is in a process of rehabilitation. With this, the Bharatiya Janata Party has restored the former minister Vinod Tawde and Chandrashekhar Bawankule.
The former minister Vinod Tawde, who is from the Maratha community, was appointed as the party national general secretary and on the other hand, Chandrashekhar Bawankule is nominated for the biennial election to the Maharashtra Legislative Council from Nagpur which is about to take place on December 10.
Earlier Vinod Tawde was the school minister in the erstwhile former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, was excluded from the Cabinet in June 2019 and after that was not given a ticket to the state assembly elections in October 2019. After which the Bharatiya Janata Party
(BJP) national President JP Nadda hired him for the post of national secretary, and was Bharatiya Janata Party’ (BJP) Haryana in charge.
Now ahead of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections and four different states elections that are to be held, he has been appointed as the National general secretary. Soon after Bhupendra Yadav was made the Union Minister, Vinod was to fill that position. Vinod Tawde will not be in charge of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the state of Maharashtra though he would have a significant say on matters related to the state.
Talking about Vinod Tawde’s connection, he has built significant relations with the party leader all over the board also with the opposition that is Nationalist Congress Party
(NCP, the Congress
and Shiv Sena of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government.
This rehabilitation of Vinod Tawde become very crucial for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022, as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ahead has announced its mission 2022 to win the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 and acquire the position of mayor and deputy mayor, the most important.
