BJP gears up for the BMC elections 2022, launching poll booth volunteer recruitment programme

As the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation 2022 elections approach, all the parties have started their preparation. With keeping an eye on the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) held a recruitment programme in Worli which is the assembly constituency of Aadiya Thackeray on Thursday where they launched its poll booth volunteer.

 

Every possible approach is being given by the Bhartiya Janata Party to the Marathi Manoos from Konkan as they form a major vote bank in the city of Mumbai, and these voters are traditionally Shiv Sena voters. The Gujaratis, North Indians and a section of Marathi vote for the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) but the Konkan region voters are a challenge. Visits have been made by the party leaders from Konkan to the coastal districts stating how the government has shown negligence in these areas.

 

In the last Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections a total of 84 seats was won by the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP). And yet again the party contests the elections alone with Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress arrayed on the other side. “The main focus of the party would be to reach out to the largest number of voters possible,” stated Pravin Darekar who is the BJP in charge of the recruitment process for south Mumbai.
