There was no politics involved, stated Raosaheb Danve on hosting dinner for BJP MPs from Maharashtra

A dinner was held for the BJP MPs from the state of Maharashtra in Delhi by the Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Railways, Raosaheb Danve. “As there were many newcomers who were recently inducted in Cabinet. Devendra Fadnavis wanted to meet and welcome them so MPs were also called. We just met to have a dinner together no politics was involved,” stated Danve. 

When asked the Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Railways about the speculations that are being made of the change in the top leadership of BJP Maharashtra unit he replied "All the speculations that are being made are false.

 

Our president in Maharashtra is doing his work very efficiently. We have not lost the election. Chandrakant Patil will remain the President." Responding to the speculations Chandrakant Patil stated that "No such discussion exists in the party for a change in the state president’s post. All these speculations are baseless.” The meeting took place in New Delhi on Sunday evening which was attended by the former chief minister of Maharashtra and opposition leader Devendra Fadnavis. He met all the Members of Parliament and the union ministers from the state, stated Pravin Darekar.

 

I don’t know about the meeting that is going to place with Devendra Fadnavis in New Delhi but I am aware of the meeting with Chandrakant Patil, Maharashtra Minister of Parliament and the four newly appointed ministers for the welfare of the state," Darekar had said before the meeting. 

 

When asked about the speculations that are being made of the change in the post of Maharashtra president unit Darekar stated that "Such kind of speculations have been denied by the leaders in the party meeting and according to Devendra Fadnavis, the party people are happy with the work of Chandrakant Patil."
