Shiv Sena secretary and Chief Minister’s Aid Milind Narvekar received warnings of action against him
After receiving a WhatsApp message from an unknown number Milind Narvekar who is the Personal Secretary of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has submitted a written complaint to Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale. The unknown number threatened Milind Narvekar of action by the central government agencies if some demands were not fulfilled.

The demands were also mentioned in the WhatsApp message. The complaint which has been filed by Narvekar states that this can be misbehaviour of someone who is targeting the people who hold key roles in the Shiv Sena. Milind Narvekar is known to be one of the closest to the Thackeray family. In all the official visits he accompanies Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

“Soon the suspect will be traced as our team has started the investigation,” stated a senior officer of the Mumbai Crime Branch.
In the past, many leaders from the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance had stated that the opposition political party uses the name of central agencies very often and threaten the people who hold key posts in the government.

A man with two others from Pune was arrested on Thursday by the Anti Extortion Cell (AEC) of Mumbai Crime Branch claiming that they imitated Sharad Pawar and called Chief Minister’s Additional Chief Secretary Ashish Kumar Singh regarding the transfer of an officer. Singh became doubtful about it and got it verified. After he got the confirmation that the call was fake and was not from Sharad Pawar he filed a complaint to the Mumbai Police Commissioner. The accused had used a spoofing app which is available on the Play Store to make the call.
