Riddhi Bhaskar Khursange, NCP Corporator of Ward No. 10 – Daulat Nagar has left NCP to join Shiv Sena, alongwith her party workers. Khursange is the first corporator from the NCP to switch to another party since the last civic election.

In the BMC Elections 2012, Riddhi had beaten her rival MNS candidate, Megha Vivek Chafekar by more than 5500 votes.

With NCP receiving its first jolt, we can expect some more surprises as the election space heats up
