PM Modi and CM Uddhav Thackeray to meet in Delhi today to discuss Vaccines, Maratha quota

The Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in New Delhi. The discussions will be about issues like Vaccination, Maratha quota, and cyclone relief measures. The Supreme Court struck down the 2018 law providing reservation to the Maratha community in education and jobs in the state, and this meeting is taking place almost after a month of the decision.
Ahead of this meeting, NCP chief Sharad Pawar met CM Uddhav Thackeray at his residence Varsha bungalow today. Maharashtra recorded 10,219 corona cases on Monday. Mumbai has a constant decrease in cases. On Monday, 728 new cases were recorded with took the total to 7,12,329 in the state capital.
