Shiv Sena, head of government of Maha Vikas Aghadi, is under threat of party division. Eknath Shinde, the highest-ranking party Chairman and Minister of Urban Development, hasn't appeared since last night. In addition, several members of the Diet related to Shinde are not available.
According to media reports, the minister and MPs are in Surat, and Cinde will address the press from there at noon. Development took place after at least 11 Senna and his associates voted against each other in the state legislature elections on Monday, Meanwhile, members of Shive Sena have begun arriving at Varsha for a meeting convened by Prime Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
Scheduled for noon, the meeting will start a little later. Various lawmakers, including Minister Dadaji Bhuse, st. I traveled from Regis Hotel to Varsha. Each member will be accompanied by at least two cynics, perhaps to prevent further asylum. Sena MLA Santosh Bangar claimed that there were no signs of that so far, but the situation will soon return to normal.
Subhash Desai, Neelam Gorhe, Anil Desai, Vinayak Raut, and the newly elected Aamasha Padvi have already arrived in Varsha. Meanwhile, in Surat, Belapur MLA Nitish Deshmukh was hospitalized with chest pain. Deshmukh was one of the people who took Cinde to Surat, and it is believed that he came from the North Korean defectors camp.
The BJP state government in Gujarat has granted Senator Senna the safety of the police. Supporters of Cinde argue that Shiv Sena should not form an alliance with the NCP or Congress. However, they say they are ready to move Senna forward, but only after Senna joins the BJP to form a new government. According to lawmakers attending Surat, Cinde and 35 other lawmakers are said to be present.
If so, it will give the required number to pass the Defect Prevention Act and allow the Governor to request a ground test in
Congress. This has not been confirmed yet. Some lawmakers reported confusion as to why they were called by Gujarat in the first place and did not know what they were doing in Surat.
