Maharashtra Home Minister tested positive for Covid 19, 2nd time in a year
In a recent breaking Maharashtra Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil confirmed that he has been infected with Covid 19 virus. The Home Minister of Maharashtra Dilip Walse Patil had administered both the shots of the vaccination. The home minister further informed that his condition is better and is stable with following instructions given by the doctor. 
 
This is the second time that the senior Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Dilip Walse has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, with being infected in October last year. The information was released by himself taking it on Twitter, “After I started to experience symptoms, I decided to get tested for the Covid 19, and when the reports released it showed positive.
 
My health is stable and I’m following all the instructions that have been instructed by the doctor, this is a request to all the people who were in contact with me during Nagpur and Amravati tour and some other programs, should get themselves tested.” In another tweet, the Home Minister of Maharashtra urged all the state’s residents to follow Covid 19 appropriate protocols and should avoid all the places where there is a crowd. 
 
This is the second time that Minister from the state has been tested positive for the Covid 19 virus, earlier Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader with his mother and sister too tested positive for the virus and have been home quarantined. These reports have come at a time when the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections 2022 are at the helm, and all parties are preparing themselves for it. The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Raj Thackeray had recently attacked the Shiv Sena leader and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray for forgetting its Hindutva ideology.
