The Uddhav group and the BJP are doing everything in their power to win the byelection on November 3 as the do-or-die electoral struggle for the Andheri East seat draws near. Recently, BJP leader Ashish Shelar met with party MLAs to develop a plan for the crucial election. In order to win over voters, it was determined that 10 BJP MLAs would focus on the Andheri East constituency's 10 wards, while ex-corporators would work at the booth level. Anil Parab, a supporter of Uddhav, conversed with the NCP and Congress on the path to success on the other side. They claimed that if they cooperate, they won't be far from success.

Uddhav Thackeray has received the unequivocal backing of the Congress and NCP, both of which were constituents of the previous Maha Vikas Aghadi administration. Vinod Mishra, a former corporate officer and member of the standing committee, stated, "I have been granted four booths, which represent 1,000 dwellings. I'll go door to door and explain to people why Uddhav left Hindutva and Vikas. Additionally, we shall highlight the achievements of the Shinde and Modi administration. The widow of Ramesh Latke, whose passing prompted this bypoll, Rutuja Latke, is running against BJP candidate Murji Patel.
