Cruise Ship Case: Shiv Sena leader files petition into SC for probe into affairs of NCB at Mumbai
In a recent move, the Shiv Sena leader has approached the Supreme Court into the arrest of Aryan Khan, son of Actor Sharukh Khan, at the actions taken by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the city of Mumbai. The son of Actor Sharukh Khan was allegedly seized under the case of drugs in a cruise ship in Mumbai. 
 
The petition which has been sent by the Shiv Sena leader states the High Court to take understanding of suo moto for protecting the fundamental rights of the actor’s son, charged under NDPS Act by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) of the Mumbai city office. 
“The way the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is taking action against some selected film celebrity, and all these actions are being carried out with very bad faith.
 
Such Vendetta by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is going on for two years, with this I would urge Your Honour to direct for a special judicial probe and investigation to keep a check on all the actions laid down by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials,” stated the petition which was filed by the Shiv Sena leader who is Mumbai based Kishore Tiwari. 
 
In the petition, the Shiv Sena leader also referred to a recent slam of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) against the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) stating that how they can attack someone’s reputation, and then he added that the time is high and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) should be investigated by the top judge. As per the information, the son of Actor Sharukh Khan, Aryan khan is currently at Arthur Road Prison in Central Mumbai for allegedly having drugs in a cruise ship.
