Congress will fight BMC elections 2022, alone: Nana Patole, yet again
Once again, the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Nana Patole stated that their party will go solo for the approaching Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022. This was stated in a letter which was written by Nana Patole to the unit chiefs stating that they should gear themselves for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 to conquer with a great high.

Nana Patole and Congress Chief Bhai Jagtap are the two strong opponents who have not held back stating that they would be fighting solo in the approaching Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 despite they sharing powers with a Maha Vikas Agahdi (MVA) coalition government in the state of Maharashtra which also consists Shiv Sena and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and on the other hand Senior Congress leaders like Balasaheb Thorat and Ashok Chavan believe that they should go together as a coalition with the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government unitedly to win over its exact opposition that is Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
“The Congress party will be fighting the upcoming Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 all alone,” stated Congress leader Nana Patole.

This is considered one of the crucial moves that if taken by the Congress party, as it is the junior-most partner of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government with a majority of Shiv Sena and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). It also will have to think about this decision as it also does not have a sizable presence in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), though the leader might look at the approaching Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections 2022 to rise the popularity of the Congress in the city of Mumbai and the state.
