When going through the reports the seriousness of the political parties can be seen, on the issues, they once promised in their election manifestos. In the report, a detailed analysis was revealed about each parties’ manifestos and was compared with the parties’ questions on the same issues in the past five years. As the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 approach parties with their candidates are all set with their commitments that are to be made for the coming tenure.

The report released by the Praja Foundation includes promises made by Political parties that include Shiv Sena, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Indian National Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and have compared them with the deliberations, specific manifesto points and citizens complaints related to these points.

As per the analysis that has been made Praja has also shared recommendations of targets that are to be set for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022 and with this has also provided goals so as for elected councillors can work towards fulfilling these promises.

With this, some more points have also been added with setting up global and international targets by Praja Foundation for political parties to include these points too in the election manifesto that will be prepared for the upcoming Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections 2022.
