BJP wants probe on E-Tendering scam in BMC

BJP MLA Amit Sadam has written to Municipal Commissioner IS Chahal and Police Commissioner Hemant Nagral seeking an FIR and probe into the e-tendering scam. The BJP has demanded an inquiry into the allegations of Sachin Tendulkar, the API who was suspended for alleged e-tendering corruption in BMC.BJP MLA Amit Sadam has written to Municipal Commissioner IS Chahal and Police Commissioner Hemant Nagral seeking an FIR and probe into the e-tendering scam.

 

He was referring to a letter sent by John Michael Dokosta to the Municipal Commissioner and the Commissioner of Police's offices, alleging that Weiss was an investigating officer (IO) on allegations of e-tendering corruption. In a letter dated March 19, 2021, he said that initially four people were being investigated and that Weiss had reportedly resolved the issue and that the investigation had not progressed for the past 30 days.

 

His letter, referring to us embezzling money from BMC contractors, and the BMC investigation into Dostoyevsky's, if he supports Weiss's allegations, he will make things even closer.  In a letter to the NIA court, Vaas said that Minister Anil Parab had asked him to collect Rs 2 crore each from the 50 contractors under investigation. Docosta's letter from Alarakha and Ramallah pointed out two irregularities in the e - tendering system. 

 

In this regard, the internal investigation of the Municipal Corporation is progressing and a digital forensic report is awaiting the filing of the FIR,”the letter said. BJP corporator Vinod Mishra also demanded action and the NIA investigated who was raising money for Weiss.
