Mumbai: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Manoj Kotak has written a letter to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) chief Iqbal Singh Chahal in connection with the rising number of Covid-19 cases. He said medical-guided NGOs were stepping in to help ensure that every citizen, from the inhabitants of Chawla to the residential societies, was vaccinated at the door.
The situation of COVID-19 in our country has reached a critical stage and the only way to fight and fight COVID-19 is to ensure that the maximum number of citizens are vaccinated,”Kotak said. Kotak added that it is in the best interest of the state and its citizens to adopt the innovative method of Covid-19 vaccination and to allow community door-to-door co-operation and for the successful implementation of the same NGOs in partnership with any department at your doorstep to reach out to slums, ditches, societies and Covid vaccination centers.
You can be sure, vaccinations will get to them. “It is important to buy the right amount of vaccines in a timely manner. Please formulate and approve guidelines for vaccinating every citizen from Chawla to the community. We are ready to connect. Meanwhile, BMC has launched the city's first drive-in vaccination center, where Covid-19 vaccine doses will be given to special needs and senior citizens in their own vehicles. The number of Covid-19 cases in Mumbai is less than 3,000. The death toll is alarming.
