The screenshots that were posted by Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik were from E-courts services, which is a government portal where the cases are listed before the session’s courts, city civil courts, and magistrate courts all over the country. “Sameer Dawood Wankhede, your sister Harshada Dinanath Redkar seems to be involved in the drugs business? You might know the answer because her case is pending in the Pune Court. To be sure, here are the proofs,” stated Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik.
Responding to this attack, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal officer Sameer Wankhede’s wife Kranti Redkar stated that her husband had no connection with this case and the case was under trial. “Mr. Nawab Malik, I am very well aware that in this regard you may have many doubts, but I would like to clarify that my sister was and continues to be a victim under this case, as per the rules and regulations from our legal team we are not permitted to comment on the matter as it is under trial. My sister will be tacking with this tweet personally, but Shri Sameer Wankhede has no relation to this case, anyhow,” tweeted Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal officer Sameer Wankhede’s wife Kranti.
