Maharashtra Government to declare Param Bir Singh as Absconder
A long-time has passed, but the former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh has been untraceable after which the Maharashtra Home Department taking a jibe at him named this process as an absconder. The Intelligence Bureau department stated that the Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh was not in reach, after which the announcement from the State of Maharashtra declaring the officer as absconder came soon.
 
This announcement into this case soon after the government of Maharashtra approached the Bombay High Court stating that they want to take back the earlier given statements of not taking any coercive action against the former Police Officer. Earlier at the beginning of the month, the home department was stating that before beginning the process of suspending the former Police Officer Param Bir Singh, it should be proof checked after giving all reasoning that stands the legal scrutiny. 
 
The former Mumbai Police Officer Param Bir Singh is in demand under a money laundering case where he had alleged the former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and also dismissed Mumbai Police officer Sachin Waze. He too is wanted to bomb scare outside the home of industrialist Mukesh Ambani and also the murder of Thane Trader Mansukh Hiren, soon after the news broke the officer was removed from his post. 
 
The last time Former Mumbai Police Officer Param Bir Singh visited the office for questioning was on May 4 after which he left giving reasons of medical issues. Since that time former Mumbai Police Officer has been not traceable. The Maharashtra Government with Mumbai Police and Investigation agencies all are trying to get back to him but are unsuccessful.
