In order to prevent "frauds," the Maharashtra Government has hired two professional companies, including TCS, to handle hiring for its various departments, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced here on Thursday. He was speaking at a gathering when some candidates who had been hired by the government received their recruiting letters.
The next round of hiring for state government positions will be handled by TCS and IBPS, a government organization under the control of the Union that handles extensive hiring for public sector banks and railroads, according to Fadnavis. The government will disclose hiring plans for 8,500 positions in the upcoming week, followed by 18,500 Police Department positions. We will begin the hiring process for 75,000 positions in a year, he continued.
To prevent confusion later, he said, government departments have been urged to post job openings in accordance with the reservation guidelines. In the past, recruitment had to be suspended because shoddy planning resulted in lawsuits, Fadnavis said. We chose to avoid it this time and recruited competent agencies because state governments had previously made blunders. According to Fadnavis, the state government will also organize hiring events for positions in the private sector.
