The second batch of 60 headmasters from the Education Department of MCGM is participating in a Management Development Program being run by the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, which was launched on September 19 by Shri Rajesh Kankal, an education official at BMC.

At the JBIMS Campus, the 10-day programme got underway on September 19, 2022. Happiness, motivation, self-improvement, mind-body alignment, team engagement through teaching and leadership, managerial decision-making abilities in challenging situations, and educational administration from a legal standpoint (Gender/Posco) are just a few of the topics that will be covered throughout the course of this programme.

According to Prof (Dr.) Srinivasan R. Iyengar, Director of JBIMS, the current training curriculum was specifically designed to meet the needs of BMC and took into account the input from the first batch of headmasters.
