Ghatkopar residents to mark Christmas with a carnival

The youth in Ghatkopar have taken an initiative along with the city’s civic body Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Ghatkopar corporator Falguni Dave to organise the Ghatkopar Carnival 2015, which will be held on December 25.
Dave, talking about the carnival said, “The main objective behind hosting this festival is to unite all the residents of Ghatkopar. They can dance, sing and take part in various competitions at the carnival. We are expecting a crowd of more than 10,000 people to join us for the carnival.”
The highlights of the carnival will be Marathon, cricket and football match, D rawing and Painting Competition, dance competition, etc.
