Election Commission publishes draft list of ward boundaries and maps

The State Election Commission has today published the draft list of ward boundaries and maps. The same is available with BMCElections.com and you can find them here. This list has been kept open for suggestions and objections from today i.e. October 5 to October 20, 2016.
On November 5, 2016 hearings will be held over the grievances and the Election Commission will take the final decision on the wards on November 18, 2016. The final ward list will be ready along with the reservations, ward boundaries, approximate population on each ward etc. on November 22, 2016.
