Following the state's loss of the Vedanta Foxconn project, the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee on Wednesday criticised the Shinde Fadnavis administration over the trips to Gujarat by the ministers of the environment, Sudhir Mungantiwar, and of industry, Uday Samant. "Did two ministers go to Gujarat to discuss how to send industries there from Maharashtra?" questioned Nana Patole, the head of the state's Congress. ’’

Patole questioned whether Devendra Fadnavis was Spider-Man when it was announced that he will serve as the District Guardian Minister for six districts. The fact that one Minister Fadnavis has been granted control of six districts is the most severe issue. Is he Spider-Guardian Man's Minister? How will he allow enough time for these six districts to develop? The Shinde camp and the BJP are at odds, and the absence of progress in these areas will be felt. Already, this government has halted construction projects that had been previously approved," he claimed.

Patole added that the Shinde-Fadnavis administration in the state is acting at the direction of the federal government and is unable to make any decisions without consulting Delhi. Therefore, it is Maharashtra's misfortune that it must travel to Delhi. We have maintained that the state's ED government is unconstitutional from the outset," he continued.

Inflation, on the other hand, is hurting people greatly. Inflation has destroyed the middle class, and the federal government is abdicating its duties. According to Nirmala Sitharaman, the Union Finance Minister, the state government should lower inflation. We must observe what the current Maharashtra administration does to reduce inflation, as Nirmala Sitharaman stated, because it is acting in Delhi's direction.
