BMC has warned in a funny tweet that wedding celebrations will have to gate crash if Covid protocols does not following properly.  Only 50 people are currently allowed to gather for a wedding.

‘As much as we love Big Fat Indian weddings, we hope you meet all COVID s.  Protocols after all, ‘security’ are the best gift you can give newly wedded couples. We hate gate crashing celebrations for the safety of Mumbai!  ’BMC tweeted in its official twitter handle.

‘Dear Mumbaikar, We are very happy to invite you and 49 others to the Happy Union of Brides and Grooms.  Congratulations, responsible Mumbaikar ’. ‘PS: Gifts are only in a form that meets all Covid protocol Criteria.  For the past few days, marriages have been on the run Covid Protocol has initiated legal action against the organizers, the couple's parents and the venue management.

An FIR was registered against the parents and organizers of a wedding in Chembur on February 21 for violating standard operating procedures.  Two weeks ago, BMC joined the 'Pawry' trend through a similar warning via Twitter.  BMC had warned Mumbaikars that they would play ‘Pawri’ poopers if they violated your ‘Pawri’ Covid norms.
