BMC announces the Mayor Ideal Teachers Award for 2021–2022

50 Mumbai teachers will receive the Mayor Ideal Teachers Award for 2021–2022, according to BMC. 35 of the 50 teachers are female, while 15 are male.
The programme will be organised and celebrated by the BMC soon. In various primary, secondary, aided, and unaided schools around Mumbai, there are 20,000 instructors. Ashwini Bhide, an Additional Municipal Commissioner, stated that 50 instructors were chosen out of the 103 applicants for the award. All 103 instructors were questioned by BMC officers.
Bhide claims that the BMC has established standards for choosing the teachers who will receive the honour. Teachers must have worked in education for ten years in order to be nominated, and throughout that time they should have made an effort to decrease school dropout rates as well as boost new enrollments.
During their tenure, the professors ought to have produced excellent work. The teaching methods and style of the selected teachers ought to have improved learning for the students. While choosing the ideal professors, all of these factors are taken into account.
