Avoid Gyms pool and gathering said Dahisar society

As cases in non-slum areas continue to spike, BMC's R-North ward, which includes parts of Borivali and Dahisar, has issued a guidelines for its employees, including housing societies, security guards and house helpers.  Most guidelines are part of the Covid safety standards.  At a webinar on Saturday, presented by the ward's medical health officer, Avinash Vayadante were to avoid congestion, visit common areas such as the gym and swimming pool, and follow the Covid protocols. 

 

Wear a mask outside the home, describe common areas, and wash your hands regularly.  Security guards, housekeepers and other personnel should be checked regularly at the nearest BMC dispensary, as they may be asymptomatic carriers, during the first months of the epidemic, societies would closely monitor those who entered the area with a gun or check their SPO2 levels, a civilian official said. 

 

“But now that people have a lazy attitude towards security protocols and they are not following the guidelines, we have issued new guidelines during the webinar, we also informed the locals about the vaccination centers in the area,”said Dr. Wayadande Former Shiv Sena corporator in the ward Abhishek Ghosalkar applause the BMC's efforts to remind people about the Covid protocols and norms.  "Vaccination drive has began, but we still need to follow safety protocols to ensure our safety as well as safety of the people around us," he said.
