Former Hatkanangle MP and Swabhimani Shetkari Saghtana leader Raju Shetti stated on Sunday that it is crucial to give farmers skills for operating related enterprises in order to prevent farmer suicides. He was speaking in Pune during a book launch event. "The agricultural area has remained the same while the population has increased significantly. As a result, getting yield from tiny regions is difficult for farmers.
To reduce suicides and agrarian hardship, farmers should be taught allied business "During the Pune event, Shetti added. Additionally, he claimed that lawmakers do not take farmers and the agricultural industry seriously. After remarks by Maharashtra Agricultural Minister Abdul Sattar that farmer suicides are not a recent problem and have been occurring for many years, Shetti made the following comment.
