The Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance has scheduled a seminar for Tuesday to discuss and analyze the implications of the Supreme Court's recent verdict regarding the politicalcrisis that resulted in the downfall
of theUddhav Thackeray government in the previous year.
During a joint press conference held in Thane, the president of the Nationalist Congress Party
(NCP) city unit, Anand Paranjape, announced that the upcoming seminar organized by the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance would provide comprehensive training to MVA workers on the Supreme Court's recent verdict. The seminar aims to educate attendees about the judgment and its potential ramifications.
The seminar will feature prominent figures such as Jitendra Awhad, a senior
NCP leader and former housing minister, who will provide key guidance and insights. Additionally, MP Rajan Vichare will be present at the event. Other notable attendees include Vikrant Chavan, president of the Thane unit of the Congress party, and Pradeep Shinde, city chief of Shiv Sena (UBT). The alliance partners are committed to engaging with the public and ensuring they understand the intricacies of the court's ruling by offering detailed explanations.
Paranjape expressed his viewpoint by stating, "The interpretation of the Supreme Court's judgment by the government led by Eknath Shinde and the BJP has been incorrect, leading to confusion among the people of the state. However, our aim is to rectify this by providing a clear and accurate explanation of the apex court's verdict."
To address the confusion surrounding the verdict and shed light on the role of the governor and other pertinent aspects, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has resolved to proactively engage with the public. They plan to organize informative sessions focused on clarifying the implications of the judgment. The initial session will take place in Thane next Tuesday, catering specifically to the office-bearers of the three parties involved. This initiative aims to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the verdict and its significance among key stakeholders.
