Ahead of the BMC elections, CM Eknath Shinde visits MNS leader Raj Thackeray at his home

Raj Thackeray and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Eknath Shinde met on Sunday at Thackeray's Shivtirth home in Mumbai, according to news agency ANI. In the lead-up to the crucial BMC election, the encounter between the two is being viewed as key.

Many people were shocked to learn that CM Eknath Shinde visited Raj Thackeray's home, "Shivtirth." Raj Thackeray made some remarks on Eknath Shinde during his speech on the occasion of Gudi Padwa. Since then, events in Maharashtra's politics have taken some unexpected turns. Uddhav Thackeray, the head of the Shiv Sena (UBT), is currently speaking at a fiery gathering in Malegaon, in the Nashik region.
